What we do

The DEI Community Engagement team focuses on bringing Campus Services employees together at a variety of functions, welcoming new employees, and holding leadership accountable to ongoing engagement with staff.

Accomplishments

Onboarding 

  • New Employee Orientation 2.0
  • Welcome box started Jan. 1
  • Parking for interviews and for New Employee Orientation. 

Visibility of Leadership/Accountability

  • First Friday $5 lunch/breakfast tables 
  • Name tags (in progress)
