Culture & Employee Belonging Council

Who Are We?

The Culture and Employee Belonging (CEB) Council addresses challenges and opportunities within Campus Services through an inclusive, structured process. By setting clear goals and action steps, it ensures diverse perspectives are considered and solutions are developed collaboratively.

The Council promotes a unified community based on vulnerability, empathy, respect, inclusivity, dependability, and fairness, fostering a supportive environment where all members feel valued and empowered.

Our Approach

Belief Statement: We believe that the first step is to provide a safe space where everyone feels accepted, respected, and valued. The next step is to create an environment where individuals are empowered to excel. We do this by fostering inclusivity, promoting open dialogue, and ensuring that every person has the opportunity to contribute and grow within our community.

Mission Statement: The mission of the Council is to create, support and foster a unified community promoting a culture of Vulnerability, Empathy, Respect, Inclusivity, Consideration, Dependability, and Fairness.

How Statement: We represent all Campus Services employees, striving to include as many departments, shifts, and leadership levels as possible. By fostering collaboration across the entire division, we provide opportunities, tools, and resources to proactively bridge gaps, promote accountability, and uphold the 7 Principles of belonging and inclusion. Our goal is to ensure that every voice is heard, regardless of role or schedule, and that our collective efforts create a truly inclusive and unified work environment.
