Fayerweather Hall

About the project

The Fayerweather Hall renovation is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to enhance the student residential experience and increase the available bed count—all goals in alignment with Dartmouth's Housing Renewal strategy.

This project will directly impact Dartmouth students for years to come, just as the building's performance will reduce its carbon footprint. These two vital elements—student life and sustainability—form the basis of the project scope and propel Dartmouth's ambitions to reimagine Fayerweather as an equitable, comfortable, and community-oriented residence hall.
