CEB Council Communications Subcommittee

The Communications Subcommittee aims to evaluate our current communication methods and brainstorm various solutions to bridge the gap and make communications accessible for all 650+ CS employees. We strive to accommodate and enhance communication across all shifts, levels of engagement, and communication channels. The efforts of this subcommittee will focus on the following:

  • Increase and Make Accessible Communications: Ensure that all 650 CS employees, regardless of shift, learning style, or communication channel preference, have access to important information and updates.
  • Enhance CEB Awareness: Develop and disseminate information about CEB initiatives (i.e Culture and Climate survey, Liasion program, Icebreaker Initiative, etc.), events (i.e Employee Expectations, Townhall, Teambuilding, Lunch and Learns, etc.), and resources (surveys/feedback forms, storyboards, etc.) to ensure the CS employees are informed and engaged.
  • Promote Transparency: Ensure clear, consistent, and accessible communication about CEB goals, progress, and challenges to build trust and accountability.
  • Foster Inclusive Language: Encourage the use of inclusive language in all CS communications to reflect and respect the diverse identities within the community.
