Video: Jon Plodzik on Bringing Dining Services to Students in Quarantine

As students return to campus and quarantine for 14 days, Dartmouth Dining is making sure that everyone is well fed. With six outdoor service locations, meals are prepared and delivered right to the residence halls. 

Jon Plodzik, director of Dartmouth Dining, explains the process for providing meals to students in quarantine and plans for the duration of the term. "We'll take care of you. We'll feed you and deliver meals right to where you are," says Plodzik. "I want you at the end of the day to say that one of the greatest parts about being at Dartmouth at this time is the team in dining."
