How to Request a Service

  1. Open Planon by clicking here.
  2. Access is controlled via Dartmouth's SSO. If this is the first time you've visited the website, you will be prompted to login with the normal DUO two-factor authentication. 
  3. Select which "Service Request tile" best meets your needs. 
  4. Here's the information you'll need to submit your request: 
  5. Your full name and Net ID 
  6. A telephone number where you can be reached 
  7. The exact location where the service is needed 
  8. A detailed description of the service you need 
  9. Any relevant photos or files you can attach 
  10. A chart string for department billed charges 
  11. Once you've entered this information into the system, please hit "submit." 

Next Steps

  • Our Facilities Customer Service Center (FCSC) team evaluates all requests and assigns them to the proper Facilities team for service.  
  • To view updates on your request, reach out to the FCSC team to check on the status of your work order.
