About the Project
In her inaugural address, President Sian Leah Beilock pledged to add a total of 1,000 new beds for students, faculty, and staff over the next decade. As part of this pledge, Dartmouth plans to construct two new residence halls between 37 and 43 West Wheelock Street that will create apartment-style housing for Dartmouth juniors and seniors. These residence halls will add approximately 400 new beds and are designed to be fully accessible and will include such amenity spaces as a mini-café, community rooms, a treehouse reading room, and several outdoor gathering spaces.
