About the Project

Webster Hall, home of the Rauner Special Collections Library, is a 116-year-old landmark building on the Dartmouth campus. A construction project is now underway to address the building's aging copper roof, cornice and masonry exterior. The project features upgraded insulation in the roof system, along with a complete replacement of the building's decorative modillions. The project also features repairs and repointing of the building's brick, limestone, and terracotta exterior finishes.
