Managing Vendor Parking

Summary of Policy

Vendors who park on the Dartmouth campus are required to register with Transportation Services and display a parking permit in their vehicle. All permits are issued at the discretion of Transportation Services.

Reason for Policy

This policy will:

  • define who Transportation Services considers a vendor, and
  • detail vendor parking options.

Policy Statement

Vendors must submit parking permit requests using the appropriate form, with annual options for those frequently parking on campus and daily passes for infrequent or one-time visits. Upon approval, permits can be picked up and paid for at the Dartmouth Transportation Services office located on the lower level of North Massachusetts Hall. Forms and rate information are available on the Dartmouth Transportation Services website. Alternatively, vendors may also opt to pay and park in campus metered spaces.
