Workplace culture matters—and our vision is to make Campus Services the best place in the Upper Valley to work and build a career. To accomplish this, we're committed to the expansion of a culture that values diversity, mutual respect, and belonging. The foundation of our culture is our 7 Principles—Vulnerability, Empathy, Respect, Inclusivity, Consideration, Dependability, and Fairness —and they represent how we want our employees to feel and behave in the workplace.
We've also developed a Culture and Employee Belonging Council that's comprised of employees from throughout the division, and members meet regularly to give voice to all Campus Services employees. The Council shares feedback, reviews programs and initiatives, amplifies divisional communications, and conducts focused project work—all with the goal of ensuring a positive culture for the entire division.
