About the Project

As part of President Sian Leah Beilock's commitment to add 1,000 beds for faculty, staff, and students in the next 10 years, Dartmouth is financing a $15.2 million housing development south of campus in West Lebanon, N.H., for Dartmouth employees. The 21-unit development will feature 14 two-story, three-bedroom homes; three duplexes with a total of five three-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit; and one single-story, three-bedroom home designed for accessibility. The project is located off Route 10 on five acres off of Oak Ridge Road, and all units will include a single-car garage.

Project Goals

  • Help meet pressing housing needs in the Upper Valley.

  • Improve Dartmouth's ability to attract and retain the best faculty and staff by creating high-quality housing for employees close to campus.

  • Control costs, ensure energy efficiency, and accelerate the building process by utilizing a modular construction model.
