COVID-19 Contractor Safety Protocols

Safety Protocols

Before arriving on the Dartmouth College campus, all contractors and service-providing vendors must agree to abide by Dartmouth's Contractor COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Procedures or provide their own plan that meets Dartmouth's requirements. Submission of the form acts as the signature of an active employee of the company who is authorized to represent the company in its interactions with Dartmouth College.  Forms submitted within the past three months are considered up to date.

  • Any safety plan submitted on Exhibit A by a contractor or vendor must be reviewed and approved by a representative from our EH&S office. Please allow 2-3 business days for this review process before planning an on-campus visit. If the third-party safety plan does not meet Dartmouth's minimum requirements, the contractor or vendor will be contacted via email within 3 business days. Otherwise, they may assume their safety plan has been approved.
  • If our safety protocols become more restrictive, contractors and vendors will be contacted via email and asked to reconfirm their willingness to abide by our updated guidelines.
