Blunt Alumni Center Capital Renewal

About the Project

The Blunt Alumni Center is undergoing capital renewal updates this summer. Project scope includes replacing the structural columns and the asphalt, rubber, and copper elements of the roof; making the front entrance accessible; and landscaping. While surrounding sidewalks will be closed, building occupantswhich include the Department of Sociology, Ethics institute, Alumni Relations, and The Rassias Centerwill be able to access the building for the duration of the project. 

Facilities Operations & Management (FO&M) has a rigorous capital renewal program that facilitates regular review, prioritization, and maintenance of Dartmouth's physical assets, including buildings, major systems, utilities, and grounds. Individual projects are managed by Project Management Services and prioritized as part of the annual capital budget process.
